Welcome to Wiseman Automart! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of products through our platform. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
- Ownership and Quality Assurance
Wiseman Automart operates as an aggregator of used auto parts, sourcing products exclusively from verified vendors.
To ensure customer satisfaction, all parts undergo a rigorous quality inspection to validate their condition and performance before being stocked or sold.
We take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and reliability for the parts we provide. - Part Warranty
Coverage: Warranties are limited to manufacturing defects only.
Exclusions: Accessories such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, wire harnesses, valve covers, flywheels, and electrical components not part of the core engine are excluded.
Diagnostics Required: Warranty claims require a certified automotive facility’s diagnostic report. Improper installation or labour charges are not covered. - Return & Cancellation Policy
Processing Fee: Returns or cancelled orders incur a 25% processing fee and two-way freight charges, regardless of the reason, including incorrect or misdiagnosed parts ordered by the customer.
Return Timeline: Returns must be completed within 7 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A tracking number is mandatory.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable if parts are returned disassembled or not in the same condition as delivered. - Delivery Information
Standard Delivery: Typical delivery time is 5-7 working days. Unusual circumstances may require additional time.
Residential Deliveries: Shipping charges apply unless agreed otherwise. Charges vary based on the part and shipping address. - Extended Warranty Activation
The warranty is activated upon notification of installation and starts on the part’s delivery date.
Parts must be installed within 10 days of delivery to activate the warranty. - Used Auto Parts
Appearance: Parts are shipped as-is. While efforts are made to enhance their appearance, no guarantees are provided.
Mileage: Stated mileage is to the best of our knowledge and not guaranteed.
Interchangeability: Parts may fit multiple makes and models per OEM standards. - Electrical Parts
OEM Standards: Electrical parts are sold as-is, matching the VIN provided. Reprogramming may be required.
Non-Refundable: Altered electrical components or those not properly reprogrammed are not refundable. - Transmission & Engine Policies
Transmission: Guaranteed to shift correctly with functional gears and bearings. Oil, filters, seals, and gaskets must be replaced before assembly.
Engine Components: Sold with full assembly; accessory parts like manifolds or fuel systems are not covered under warranty unless purchased separately. - Warranty Limitations
Covers only purchased parts, not associated systems or damage from overheating or lack of lubrication.
Repairs from accidents, misuse, or modifications void the warranty.
All warranty claims require documentation within 5 business days. - Refund & Return Guidelines
Modified, disassembled, or tampered parts are non-returnable.
Refunds cover the initial purchase price after inspection and approval. Return shipping costs are non-reimbursable.
Include photos and detailed reasons for returns to expedite processing.
Customers may return undamaged products that are in their original condition and still covered under warranty. - Chargeback Policy
Order Cancellation: Canceling for personal reasons incurs a 25% restocking fee and two-way shipping charges.
Defective Parts: Replacements are offered. Canceling instead of replacing incurs fees.
Shipping Damage: Replacement is provided, but cancellations still incur shipping fees.
Wrong Orders: Replacements are provided. Cancellations incur restocking and shipping charges. - Buyer’s Remorse
All shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Restocking fees (up to 25%) may apply in some cases. - Changes to Terms
